Sir Paul still delivers!

What a thrilling night to see a living rock legend in Sir Paul McCartney. He officially became my hero rocking out steadily for 2.5 hours singing hits from 5 decades! I hope when I'm 80, I can rock like Paul! He gives us younger baby boomers hope! Yes, Paul's voice has certainly aged but unlike KISS and Rick Springfield, what you hear is what he is singing - and he is still a seriously good vocalist. Live and Let Die is always a show stopper with synchronized pyrotechnics and a sheer pleasure to hear but for me, the pure joy was hearing side two of Abbey Road. Paul's tribute to George was heartwarming but the duet with John via technology was my favorite moment perhaps of the whole night. I would have been happy to hear less of the newer material and more of the old but that is quibbling since the music was a joyful playlist of different eras of my life. Who knows how long Paul will choose to tour but this was a master entertainer giving us his best. Thank you Paul!

There aren’t words

It’s tough to describe a Paul McCartney concert in 2022 without sounding unoriginal. He’s simply put a legend. That word gets thrown around too much with celebrities nowadays but McCartney truly is. He’s easily the greatest musician alive today and arguably the greatest ever. He revolutionized music with John Lennon. The ability to see him alive today is something of awe. Yes, his voice does have his shortcomings but for goodness sake, he’s 80 years old and singing songs in the key he sang them in when he was 20. The best way to describe the people at the show. Im 17, to my left is my mom who is 50, to my right is a man in his 70s and to his right is a kid maybe 10. All of us knew these songs and admired the man for still putting on a 2 1/2 hour show. Simply put, if you have the opportunity to see this legend of a man, please do so. You will not regret it

Gorgeous! Dreams can come true!

Brilliant! This show was so deeply touching and just beautiful! As a lifelong hardcore Paul fan being able to witness his charisma, fingers working his legendary instruments, seeing and hearing his precious stories actually enjoying the beauty from his lips in real time straight to my heart was absolutely euphoric! I repeatedly kept saying aloud, “I cannot believe my eyes” while willing myself not to tear up too much so that I wouldn’t miss a moment of his electric presence. Too many cute, funny, gorgeous, kick ass moments to possibly list but it was so FIRE to feel the heat on our faces from the fireworks and explosions. I still get high off the exhilaration of having been able to see Paul live. This was truly a dream come true for me.
